Quad Biking through the Dunes & a visit to Deadvlei

Stopping for sundowners and to watch the sun setting on one side & the full moon rise on the other

The Full Moon rising 

The following morning we saw the sun rise as the moon was setting....

Deadvlei was a 1 kilometer walk from the road through soft sand, with the wind blowing

 Deadvlei is an ancient lake bed, with fossilised trees - such a dramatic landscape

Jeremy had a hole in his shoe!

It was like being part of a Salvadore Dali painting!
